I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, while small-ish and true to European standards, were badly designed with limited space. However, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the service overall was good. The location was decent, not in the heart of Palermo but in a safe neighborhood. Dining options were limited, but the hotel had some amenities that were enjoyable. The price was fair, but there were some drawbacks in terms of room design and location.
